PDS worked on this neighbourhood shopping centre located in a prime position in Oxley Ridge in collaboration with the client, BHL and the D.K.O. Architects. Boasting excellent connectivity through a range of public transport options (a short train ride away from Liverpool station, Parramatta station and Central) and close to Oran Park’s own smart work hub and growing commercial centre, this shopping centre attracts consistent local traffic.

To ensure its continued popularity and relevance amongst the local community PDS created a landscape design featuring two distinct park/plaza settings. One was designed with the focus on outdoor seating and passive uses within a convivial garden atmosphere. Whilst the other was designed with an emphasis on play and iconic sculptures thus creating a statement that is visible from a distance.
