Greenway Planned Community
As part of a section 96 modification, PDS recommended combining two disparate open spaces into a larger more coherent 1 hectare public park. It was linked directly to the newly created riparian / creek zone. PDS in association with the surveyors and planners reconfigured the housing block layout in order to terminate the views from most streets into the green riparian / creek zones. The project has been developed over the past two years based on these sound urban design principles.
